About The Position
Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)/Speech Therapist to provide services to our geriatric patients in the Boca Raton, FL 33487 area. We specialize in helping older adults maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and age in place with dignity. This is a PRN position with a flexible schedule, offering competitive pay and a supportive therapy team. The role emphasizes using clinical judgment and provides the freedom to choose patient assignments. New licensed graduates and experienced therapists are welcome.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Therapy
- Active Florida SLP license

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in assisted living and/or home settings
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Complete accurate, thorough daily documentation in the EMR
