Requirements

Active Illinois Speech Therapy License
1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with passion and drive are encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A love and passion for working with the pediatric population

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services in a clinic setting.
Support client progress through creative and engaging treatment approaches.
Supervise CFY providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.
Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
