Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with pediatrics and early intervention preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques and exercises
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
