About The Position

Human Touch Home Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity to serve patients in Prince George's County, Maryland. This role offers flexibility, professional independence, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients and families by helping them overcome challenges related to speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing. The SLP will work in patients' homes to improve their quality of life, regain confidence, strengthen connections, and achieve progress in daily living.

Requirements

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License Required
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• Strong Communication and Documentation Skills

Nice To Haves

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Preferred
• Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Passion for Delivering Exceptional Patient-Centered Care

Responsibilities

• Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs
• Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
