About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home health agency seeking to hire Speech Therapists in Lake County. This role involves ensuring the delivery of quality speech therapy services and providing case management for patients through comprehensive assessments and coordination of agency services. The Speech Therapist will collaborate with family members and local healthcare professionals to implement services tailored to meet the needs of patients and families in their homes.
