About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Speech Therapists in Broward County. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality speech therapy services and providing case management for patients through comprehensive assessments and coordination of agency services. You will work collaboratively with family members and local healthcare professionals to implement services that meet the needs of patients and families in their homes. Additionally, you will complete physical assessments and determine patient home care needs, working closely with the care team for each patient while utilizing VNA of Florida's case management model.
