About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Speech Therapists in Marion County, specifically in Reddick, Citra, and Salt Springs. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality speech therapy services and providing case management for patients through comprehensive assessments and coordination of agency services. You will collaborate with family members and local healthcare professionals to implement services that meet the needs of patients and families in their homes. Key duties include completing physical assessments, determining patient home care needs, and working closely with the care team for each patient, all while utilizing VNA of Florida's established case management model. Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of quality speech therapy services
