About The Position

Central Coast Home Health is seeking a Speech Therapist (ST) for Home Health in the Southern San Luis Obispo areas (5 Cities-Santa Maria). Our therapists provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs, build relationships, and ensure continuity of care. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and create a flexible work schedule.

Requirements

• Current California SLP license
• CPR certified
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Maintain auto insurance coverage
