About The Position
Right at Home is a growing, locally owned home health company in Cedar Falls. We currently provide skilled nursing, Occupational and Physical therapies, companionship and personal cares for a wide variety of clients in Eastern Iowa. We proudly provide these services to veterans, and we are in need of a PRN Speech Therapist to expand the level of skilled care available to them.

Responsibilities
- Provide high quality evaluation and treatment of disorders related to speech and swallowing
- Develop personalized care plans to improve one's ability to vocalize, communicate, eat, and overall function of patients in the home setting, involving them in setting goals
- Communicate and collaborate with associated medical professionals to achieve patient goals
- Clear, concise, timely documentation in our software system
- Regular communication with physicians, nurses, case managers within Veterans Affairs as needed
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing one’s own schedule
- Supervise home health aides involved in patient care
