About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position. This role involves an in-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention. We offer salary with 75% productivity benchmarks, no mandated group treatment, and specialized on-site training during paid work hours, with some sessions eligible for CEUs. The position provides access to state-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment, and the opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. Our clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans. We foster a positive leadership philosophy that gives our therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing. As a non-profit organization, student loan forgiveness is available after 10 years. In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • An active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • A valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
