About The Position

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Part-time Speech Therapist SLP Care Partner for their Cobb community in Marietta, Georgia. This role is part of a new state-of-the-art Memory Care Village with all private rooms. The community was recently awarded "2026 Best Nursing Home in Cobb County". A.G. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program.
Speech Language Pathologist License in good standing and able to practice in the state of Georgia.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent team player, able to work harmoniously across multiple disciplines.
Ability to effectively interact with elders and their families.
Compassionate and empathetic towards elders, especially those who have communication difficulties.
Ability to assess and diagnose speech and language disorders accurately.

Nice To Haves

Two years of experience in Skilled Nursing community preferred.
Experience working in a person directed care environment preferred.
Experience working with persons living with dementia.
Experience with PointClickCare electronic records system preferred.
