About The Position

FeldCare Connects is an app-based referral network seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Yucaipa and the surrounding areas. FeldCare Connects connects over 2,000 clinicians to patients in their community by contracting with over 900 home health agencies throughout CA, AZ, TX, and FL. By creating these links, the company allows home health agencies and hospices to give their patients access to the care they need, helping to connect the dots and taking the administrative burden off agencies and clinicians so they can get patients treated faster and focus more attention on patients, resulting in better patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (must be current, active, and unrestricted; conditional, provisional, or restricted licenses will NOT be accepted; limited permits will not be accepted)
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
• Reliable personal transportation
• Smartphone
