We’re looking for a compassionate, driven Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and help us deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the Chicago Southland region.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois SLP license (unrestricted)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within coverage area

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Perform OASIS assessments and ongoing re-evaluations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and caregivers for continued success at home
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation
