About The Position
Southcoast Health is hiring a per diem Speech Pathologist for St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, Massachusetts, with coverage at Tobey. Under the direction of an individually assigned Team Leader, Rehabilitation Services, or designee, the Speech Pathologist performs diversified patient care and related duties within and in support of the Rehabilitation Services Department. The schedule is a day shift with one weekend shift every four weeks and one minor and one major holiday; the shift varies. Compensation is determined based on experience, with a stated pay range of $41.21–$62.34 per hour.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-ASHA) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
- Current Massachusetts license in Speech Pathology.
- CPR certification.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19, or be exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying the choice to be exempt once hired.
