This is a fully remote role, work from anywhere in Australia. We’re open to both full-time and part-time arrangements, so whether you’re looking for a permanent full-time caseload or a part-time role that fits around other commitments, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role You’ll manage a diverse, engaging caseload with a focus on speech sound disorders, primarily paediatric, with opportunities to support adults. You’ll also have exposure to language and literacy, early communication, AAC, orofacial myology, feeding and swallowing, and neurodevelopmental conditions. Clients access services through Private, NDIS, Schools and Hospital funding pathways. We’re committed to neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, family-centred care.

Requirements

Recognised Speech Pathology qualification
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership
A Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility)
Australian working rights
Experienced Speech Pathologists with strong clinical skills in speech sound disorders
Hold themselves to a high clinical standard
Experience in, or a genuine understanding of, the private practice model
Passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes
Believe in the power of telehealth to improve access to care
Take pride in delivering holistic, evidence-based therapy
Bring strong clinical reasoning and a disciplined approach to documentation and caseload management
Value feedback and are motivated by continuous learning and growth
Organised, accountable, and proactive in managing your caseload
Comfortable working towards clear goals while maintaining high clinical standards

Responsibilities
