About The Position

We are seeking a warm, patient, and tech-savvy Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team in providing exceptional care through teletherapy. You will work with children from birth to age twenty-one, delivering individualized treatment plans that empower clients and their families. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in sessions to reinforce skills and home exercises. Requirements

  • Master’s, doctoral, or other recognized post-baccalaureate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited institution.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in at least one state; multi-state licensure preferred.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed or willing to obtain licenses in MI.
  • Background in outpatient pediatric therapy and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services via teletherapy platforms (Microsoft Teams).
  • Deliver individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans.
  • Guide clients and families through technical challenges and encourage caregiver involvement.
  • Collaborate with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain a patient-first mentality with reasonable caseloads and a focus on outcomes.
  • Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with availability between 3:00–8:00pm local time, EST.
