About The Position

Liberty POST is seeking motivated and energetic Early Childhood Speech Pathology Clinical Fellows for part-time and/or full-time employment to work with children aged birth to 5 years old through Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education programs. Liberty POST has provided high-quality, individualized services since 1994, backed by Liberty Resources Inc. and part of a large social services network. Originally a speech-language practice, it has expanded to offer services throughout New York State and Indiana. The organization employs over 500 professionals in various settings and utilizes a collaborative team approach for evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play. They emphasize the importance of a child's natural learning environment, a family's unique strengths and needs, and the diverse population they serve. The Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship (CF) is a mentored professional experience after completing academic coursework and clinical practicum, serving as a transition to becoming an independent provider of speech-language pathology clinical services.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Actively pursuing NYS Licensure in clinical discipline.
