The Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellow conducts speech-language evaluations and intervention for children under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Completes paperwork and documentation of client progress for intervention clients. Participates in feedback sessions focused on speech/language delay. The Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellow appointment will span 9 months to allow for completion of the mandated ASHA clinical fellowship. The fellowship is available to applicants who have successfully completed a master’s degree or beyond in Speech-Language Pathology at an ASHA-accredited university. The applicant must be eligible for Alabama licensure in speech-language pathology and obtain licensure before the fellowship's start date.
