About The Position

PYG Therapy is expanding its pediatric therapy team and is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide in-home services to children and families throughout Arizona. They welcome both experienced clinicians and those looking to develop their skills within pediatric home health. Their goal is to create an environment where therapists can thrive through flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and consistent assistance with caseload development.

Requirements

Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license
Current CPR certification
Article 9 certification
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervising clinicians
Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in pediatric home health

Responsibilities

Deliver speech therapy interventions in the home environment under the direction of a supervising SLP
Carry out treatment plans and therapy activities established by the supervising therapist
Document patient participation, progress, and outcomes in a timely manner
Educate caregivers on strategies and activities that support progress outside of therapy sessions
Communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient status and treatment needs
Foster positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and community members
