You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, patient-centered care in accordance with ASHA standards and state licensure requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (state-specific)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24–48 hours of physician orders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Communicate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families
• Document evaluations, progress, and billing accurately
• Participate in care planning and discharge processes
• Provide caregiver and staff training
• Recommend equipment and strategies to support outcomes
