About The Position
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Whitinsville, MA $44.00-$48.00/hour | Full-Time LTC Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing function for an adult population through individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in a post-acute or long-term care setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and establish appropriate treatment approaches
- Deliver therapy to address speech, cognitive, and dysphagia needs
- Track outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
- Work closely with nursing and rehab staff
