About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive abilities, and swallowing function while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Active SLP license required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's functional goals
- Provide therapy services for post-acute, neurological, and medically complex patients
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to support continuity of care
- Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
