About The Position
Palmetto SpOT, a premiere facility in the Charleston area is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or a confident CFY Speech pathologist to join our team! You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. We treat pediatrics and adults in-clinic. This is a W-2 position and does not require travel outside of our 5000 + 3000 sq ft offices located in SUNNY Summerville SC. Openings are immediate. Part time caseload available immediately with the possibility to grow to full time if desired.
Requirements
- Previous experience in speech pathology or other related fields
- Licensed in SC preferred
- Able to work as a team with other SLPs, OTs and Audiologists in our amazing clinics
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and patient demeanor
Responsibilities
- Develop therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
- Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
- Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients
- Document and store treatment plans and progress reports (Clinicsource)
