Speech Language Pathologist (CF or CCC-SLP)
About The Position
The Spring-Klein clinic offers a welcoming, team-driven environment for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to develop their skills, confidence, and clinical voice in pediatric speech therapy. As part of the Journeys Program, clinicians will receive structured mentorship, hands-on learning, and clear pathways for growth. This thriving outpatient clinic is committed to providing play-based, evidence-driven care for children and their families. The role involves working alongside a multidisciplinary team that values input, supports development, and celebrates progress.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
- Pediatric experience (including internships or CFY)
- Passion for helping children and families thrive

Responsibilities
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s communication goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, engaging treatment plans
- Deliver therapy that blends clinical expertise with creativity and play
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
