About The Position
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed for a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility in Morehead City, NC. This role is part of a dedicated rehab team that focuses on Transitional Rehabilitation™, a comprehensive approach to recovery designed to support patients following surgery or illness. The program leverages private rooms and specializes in short-stay rehabilitation, helping patients regain independence in a comfortable, home-like setting. The SLP will collaborate with a skilled, multidisciplinary team including Physicians, Nurses, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Restorative Nursing Aides. The facility is conveniently located minutes from the hospital and medical office park, offering a warm, inviting environment with a strong commitment to meeting the needs and goals of every individual served.
Requirements
- Valid NC license in Speech Therapy
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and restorative nursing aides.
