About The Position

Empower the next generation to find their voice and prepare for the future! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Windsor, CA for the 2026-2027 school year to provide the critical communication and transition support that helps students thrive as they move toward graduation and beyond. Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations and targeted therapy services to high school students (Grades 9-12). Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking student progress diligently and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. Partner with educators, parents, and administrators to implement effective communication strategies within the educational environment, offering flexibility to support secondary campus needs or overflow when necessary.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid CA-SLPAB Speech-Language Pathologist License
Valid CTC Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential
Prior experience or strong capability working with secondary/high school-aged students to address complex communication and academic needs
