About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Lakewood, Washington. This is a therapist-operated company that prioritizes clinicians and students. The position is in-person within a K-12 school setting, and both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and support are provided for those new to school-based settings.

Requirements

• Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
• CFs welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
• Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
