About The Position
At PYG Therapy, we are seeking compassionate and skilled licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide pediatric home health services across the state of Arizona. As a therapist-led company, we understand the realities of home health and have a dedicated team committed to building your caseload and supporting you every step of the way. Requirements
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP)
- CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in pediatric home health preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients in the home setting
- Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
- Educating and coaching caregivers to support carryover of skills
- Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintaining communication regarding patient updates, progress, and concerns
- Optional supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), if desired
