About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP's) to cover an existing case load near the Middletown, Odessa, and Townsend areas in DE this December and January, while building a secondary case load in your area for a per diem, part-time or full-time transition. Join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in New Castle and/or Kent Counties, DE today! As an Early Intervention SLP, you will partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style, empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development, deliver therapy in natural environments (homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more), use electronic documentation for each visit, and complete weekly scheduled visits.
Requirements
- Active SLP license in good standing
- Active Delaware license
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
Nice To Haves
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
