About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP's) to cover an existing case load near the Middletown, Odessa, and Townsend areas in DE this December and January, while building a secondary case load in your area for a per diem, part-time or full-time transition. Join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in New Castle and/or Kent Counties, DE today! As a nonprofit organization, our focus is always on what matters most: delivering exceptional care to children and empowering families.
Requirements
- Active SLP license in good standing
- Active Delaware license
Nice To Haves
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
Responsibilities
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
- Deliver therapy in natural environments (homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more)
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
