About The Position
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Marshalltown, IA. We are looking for individuals who can provide quality patient care, coordinate treatment programs, and develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes. Requirements
- Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
- State SLP licensure required.
- ASHA certification is required.
- 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
Nice To Haves
- CCC's preferred.
- Experience in outpatient pediatrics preferred.
- Will consider a new grad.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
- Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services.
- Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs.
- Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.
