About The Position

Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide outpatient clinical services to a pediatric caseload. The caseload is variable and determined collaboratively based on the therapist’s and clients’ needs. The role includes assessments, documentation, team collaboration, and communication with paraprofessionals and families.

This is a contracted position and is not fully remote. Telehealth may be used on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the therapist and client. Mini Miracles describes its approach as supportive, collaborative, and clinician-directed, with an emphasis on therapist autonomy, flexibility, creativity, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assessment and treatment services to pediatric clients and their families at a frequency determined by the therapist and client.
• Complete weekly electronic documentation, including assessments, daily notes, progress notes, communication notes, and other supporting chart documentation.
• Provide appropriate pediatric therapeutic interventions using a variety of techniques and modalities.
• Liaise with paraprofessionals, family members, and the community as indicated.
