Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized therapy and specialized communication support to students with diverse communication needs in Culver City, California. Evaluate and treat students with a range of communication disorders across elementary through adult educational settings. Conduct speech and language assessments, develop educational goals and plans, and provide individualized therapy to support academic and functional communication. Provide specialized support for students with complex communication needs, including the use of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems. Collaborate with teachers, families, SLPAs, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and promote communication skills across educational environments.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California Speech-Language Pathology License
Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Experience supporting students with AAC devices/systems, particularly individuals with extensive support needs

Responsibilities
