Your Role As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Spark, you’ll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one speech therapy and collaborate with our team of BCBAs and behavior therapists. Your role will include: Delivering customized speech therapy services Engaging in co-treatment opportunities with our interdisciplinary team Writing and implementing effective treatment plans Tracking progress through data-driven methods

Requirements

1-2 years working as an SLP with pediatric clients
Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Proficiency in assessments, diagnosing speech delays/disorders, and tracking progress
Outgoing, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
