The position requires providing high-quality speech and language services to students across elementary and middle school settings, delivering specialized therapy sessions tailored to student needs, and ensuring continuity of care and progress during critical maternity leave windows. It also involves partnering with school staff and families to maintain IEP goals and documentation, ensuring a seamless transition for students and the district team.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
Valid Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
Experienced SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply!
Prior experience in an elementary or middle school setting is preferred, with a strong ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and school environments
