About The Position

BAYADA is seeking passionate Per Diem Speech Therapists (ST) to join their Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. As a nonprofit organization, BAYADA focuses on delivering exceptional care to children and empowering families. Therapists are offered support, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a difference. The role involves partnering with families using a coaching-based interaction style, empowering caregivers with tools to support their child's development, delivering therapy in natural environments, using electronic documentation, and completing weekly scheduled visits.

Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing

Nice To Haves

• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
