Our caseload primarily consists of patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions. We are on a cohesive multidisciplinary team. All treatments are 1-on-1 with a patient care focus. We partner with AdventHealth to provide inpatient therapy services. We keep a therapist-first mindset allowing therapists to feel supported and understood when delivering services. We value time in patient care, maintaining appropriate and optimal caseloads. We prioritize your interests and professional growth. We collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited SLP program
- Active or pending state SLP license

Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient therapy services for AdventHealth.
- Work as part of a strong, multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Treat patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Conduct 1-on-1 treatments with a patient care focus.
- Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads.
- Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.
- Collaborate with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments.
