About The Position

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. As a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Eyas Landing, you will provide speech therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs through: Providing individualized therapy, Implementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers, Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care.

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois.
Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with neurodiverse needs (ASD, ADHD, SPD).
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding.
Experience with Get Permission Approach.
Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
Experience with Intentional Relationship Model (IRM).

Responsibilities
