About The Position
Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN position at Mary Greeley Medical Center. As an SLP, you will be responsible for assessing speech, language, and swallowing abilities, developing and implementing treatment plans, educating patients and families, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license and ASHA certification.
- CPR certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in acute or rehab setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assesses speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Develops and implements treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provides education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
- Documents evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborates with healthcare teams on care coordination.
