About The Position

PAM Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide care for a diverse patient population. The role is primarily responsible for direct patient care and for planning and implementing specific treatment programs according to the principles and practices of speech therapy. The SLP will also contribute to the further development of services and must be flexible to meet company needs across different facilities. Prior inpatient hospital experience or a commitment and desire to learn is noted as ideal. PAM Health provides specialty healthcare services to chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care.

Requirements

Hold an SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
Maintain current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

One year of clinical experience is preferred.
Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care.
Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individuals according to speech therapy principles and practices.
Contribute to the further development of speech therapy services.
Be flexible to meet company needs across different facilities.
