About The Position

This is a Substitute to possible term position for a Speech Language Pathologist within the Cobequid Family, School, Student Services. The role is a full-time (1.00 FTE) assignment with an anticipated start date of 09/01/2026 and an end date of 07/31/2027. The posting is part of Round D. Requirements

• A valid Nova Scotia Teachers Specialist Certificate
• A Master's Degree in Human Communication Disorders
• Eligibility for full membership with the NS College of Audiologists and Speech Language pathologists
• Ability to effectively deal with situations that are likely to arise
• Minimum threshold of 70% where they do not have experience in the position (Internal applicants)
• Minimum threshold of 70% (External applicants)
