About The Position

At Elevation Autism, our SLP roles are built with collaboration, clinical excellence, and work-life balance in mind. You will provide early intervention speech and feeding therapy to children ages 1–6 in a center-based, multidisciplinary environment. Our integrated ABA + Speech model allows SLPs and BCBAs to work together to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care that drives meaningful outcomes for young learners. We serve children ages 1–6 through a multidisciplinary early intervention model that integrates ABA, Speech, and Feeding therapy services in a fun and engaging environment. Requirements

  • Fully licensed SLP (CCC-SLP) or a Clinical Fellow (CF).
  • Minimum expectation: 30 treatment hours per week (120 hours per month).
  • Reduced minimum expectation for the first month for a low-stress onboarding experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with feeding therapy.
  • Experience with AAC device implementation.
  • Experience with Gestalt Language Processing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide early intervention speech and feeding therapy to children ages 1–6.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care.
  • Participate in ongoing collaboration with Clinical Directors and Behavior Analysts.
  • Manage staff and family scheduling with support from operational support teams.
