About The Position

HealthPro Heritage has a great opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This is a part-time and PRN position where you can pick your schedule. The role is located at The Sanctuary at Turtle Crossing in Dublin, OH. The part-time rate range is $44-$52/hr, based on years of experience. This role offers a flexible schedule supporting strong work-life balance, the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, and the ability to maintain and sharpen clinical skills. It involves less administrative burden compared to full-time roles, collaborative work with interdisciplinary teams, and a chance to make a meaningful impact on patients’ communication and swallowing abilities. You will have greater autonomy and independence in scheduling and caseload management, making it ideal for supplementing income or gaining additional experience. There are opportunities to specialize in areas of interest (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics, dysphagia), reduced risk of burnout due to fewer hours, and exposure to different settings (schools, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics).
