About The Position
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA), a nonprofit home health provider, is hiring a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home health care visits in Martin County. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, creating individualized therapy plans, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining documentation. Requirements
- Active Florida SLP license.
