About The Position
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA), a nonprofit home health provider with 50 years of service, is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home health care visits in Hernando County. The role involves evaluating and treating speech, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; creating individualized therapy plans; educating patients and caregivers; collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; and maintaining documentation. The position is PRN, with flexible scheduling, local patient assignments, and support from clinical and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Active Florida SLP license.
- Strong assessment skills.
- Strong communication skills.
