About The Position

This posting is for an applicant pool for Speech Language Pathologists with the Edmonds School District. Requirements

Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate Certificate as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Must possess or be willing to obtain a Washington State Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist License.
Complete a Cover Letter, Resume, 2 Confidential Reference Surveys, 2 Letters of Recommendation, and Transcripts.
Confidential reference forms must be completed by 11:00 p.m. on the closing date to move forward in the selection process.

Responsibilities

Provide support for students with speech, language, and hearing concerns (ages 3 to 21 years).
Services are provided to students in a variety of ways, including but not limited to the following: individual, small group, in-class support, consultation with classroom and learning support teachers, problem-solving teams, and disability evaluation teams.
Communicate with others regularly.
Assist students who need physical support or exhibit challenging behaviors.
