About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a permanent placement at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- CCC-SLP required for this location.
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
