About The Position

Relient Health is recruiting a full-time, permanent Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Leominster, Massachusetts. The role is part of a dedicated rehabilitation team in a facility described as providing high-quality rehabilitation services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. Clinical leadership, mentorship, and a supportive environment for professional growth are available. Applications are welcome from new graduates and experienced professionals; the position requires CCC-SLP credentials and is not the CFY opening. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The estimated compensation is approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
CCC-SLP required for this location.
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Document patient progress using EMR systems.
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
