About The Position
LTC Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech, language, and dysphagia services in a skilled nursing setting. This role offers a supportive environment and the opportunity to make a direct impact on resident care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure as an SLP
- Experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred

Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and therapy sessions
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on resident progress
- Work closely with rehab and nursing teams
- Complete timely documentation
