As a Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care—performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized plans of care, administering physician-prescribed treatment modalities, and guiding patients through to successful discharge as part of a collaborative team committed to clinical excellence and professional development. This role is full time and will work 40 hours per week (days).

Requirements

Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
Current state Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
BLS/CPR Certification required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year Status is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans including ongoing assessment and discharge planning.
Collaborate with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team to support care goals and optimize outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation while promoting a safe, compliant care environment aligned with safety and infection prevention standards.
Assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of speech language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing and fluency disorder.
